The swap in one minute

A different way to do it. The first version priced the work line by line, which made it read like a lot of hours. So we have rebuilt it. Most of the heavy lifting on your site can now be done in bulk, through a private app on your store that you create in five minutes, which means a lot more gets done in a lot less time. For one long single mattress, you get the whole clean-up below, your content strategy built and loaded into Notable, and a free month on the platform to write and publish your own content, with a coaching session to get you going.
45
old pages that now show "page not found", pointed at their closest live page
605
product variants given a product code, in one bulk import
131
buyer questions and 13 content territories, loaded into Notable for you
1 month
of Notable free, normally NZD $1,250 a month

What is in the swap

1The bulk clean-up, done for you

Everything in this block runs through the private app, so it is done in passes across the whole store instead of page by page. Each fix comes straight from the findings in the strategy report.

The fixWhat it means for you
Bring back the 45 dead pagesPages from your old website that organic search sent visitors to before the move now land on "page not found". Between them they brought in about 6,005 organic search visits in your last fully tracked year. Each one gets pointed at its live equivalent, or the closest live collection where a product has gone. We also redirect the five old addresses other websites still link to, and The Sleep Store's two INNATURE listings, which link to an old bassinet PDF on your site, so those links count for you again.
Product codes on all 605 variantsNone of your products carry a product code today. We give every size and timber a simple code in one import, which keeps your product data tidy and makes it easier for Google Shopping and AI shopping tools to match your products.
Fix the "My Store" labelOn 21 of your product pages, the hidden product information Google reads names the brand as "My Store", Shopify's default, where it should say INNATURE.
Headings on 27 collections27 of your collections, including organic latex mattresses, futon mattresses and organic baby mattresses, have no main heading, which is one of the first things Google and AI read to understand a page.
Mark up your FAQ answersYour FAQ page has 33 good questions and answers, and none of it is marked up for Google and AI tools to read. We add that markup, plus an answers block on your six adult latex mattress pages.
Titles and descriptionsThe text Google shows for each page in its results: 21 pages have no description, 24 descriptions and 34 titles run too long to show in full, and a few are duplicated. All fixed in one pass.
Image descriptions49 of the 57 images on your information pages (boat and motorhome mattresses, materials and sustainability, meet the team) have no description, which is how Google and AI understand a picture.
Tidy what Google sees14 empty blog sections and the 5 behind-the-scenes collections, taken out of what Google is asked to list. The 4 collections with no products in them get filled or redirected, your call. Kids bedroom furniture already ranks seventh on Google for that search with nothing in it, so that one is worth filling.
Link your articles to your productsYou have 29 articles and only 2 of them link to the products they talk about. We add the links, so readers can buy and Google can see which pages matter most.
2See what is happening on your site again

The Google Analytics property we were given stopped recording visits in August 2024 and has not recorded a sale since February 2022. The Google tag on your site today reports somewhere neither of us can see, so nothing ties your Shopify orders back to the searches that brought them. We reconnect Google Analytics so visits and sales are tracked again, connect Google Search Console, and set it all up under one login you own, sorted together on a 20-minute screen share.

3Your content engine, set up on Notable

Notable is our AI search platform. It writes new articles and refreshes your existing ones in your voice, ready for you to check and publish to your blog. As part of the swap we set it up for you:

What it costs you

The swapOne long single mattress. No invoice for any of the above.
Your timeAbout five minutes to create the private app and send us its keys, plus one click to approve it (we send the steps), 20 minutes on the Google logins, the coaching session, and a quick look at the redirect list and FAQ answers before they go live
After the monthKeep going on Notable if you love it and we will talk about it, or stop and keep everything
What you keepEvery fix, every redirect, the brand kit, the strategy and everything you publish. It all lives in your own store and accounts
The appIt can change your products, pages, blog content, redirects and theme (for the headings and FAQ markup). It can read orders and customers, so the strategy can be re-run on your real sales. It has no access to payments, payouts or discounts, and you can delete it any time

When you are ready for more

The full six-month AI and Search transformation is in the strategy report: the content, authority and measurement work that takes you from 41 towards AI-Ready Certified at 80 out of 100. There is no pressure on that. The swap stands on its own, and if you ever want to go further, we can talk about it then.

Next step. Reply to Ben with a yes, and he will send the five-minute app steps and a couple of times for the screen share.
